Unfortunately some stores may currently experience temporary slowdowns or interruptions due to an ongoing issue in one of Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) core systems —the infrastructure provider we use to run Publica.la’s platforms.
The issue originates in DynamoDB, a foundational AWS service that is also affecting other components across their network. Because of this, the situation is outside our direct control, but our team is closely monitoring updates and staying in contact with AWS to follow their recovery progress.

Once AWS restores normal operations, all stores should automatically return to their usual performance.
